Students can use coaching sports to maximize their self-fulfillment and discover their potential.  By providing students and community members with age-appropriate games, they can develop concepts of fair play, derive pleasure from participation, and develop teamwork skills. 

Coaching sports means showing students that they cannot take on the world all at once, but rather, they should begin integrating health tips and physical fitness tips one at a time. They should not try more than two goals per week. This in turn teaches students to slow down for long-term results.
